The project is described here according to the type of activity explaining in detail how each activity will be carried out, and by workpackages, explaining how activities interrelate. To avoid repetitions, detailed description of tasks is contained within each activity description, and has been summarized in the WP description. It must be noted again that TPC will participate in the project with no EU contribution, except the reimbursement of travel costs managed by the Coordinator. They will be actively engaged in some workpackages, their effort has not been computed in the total number of person/months, which refers to the EU contribution.
